With an average of thirty years of administrative experience per each staff member, our Project Management Team efficiently and confidently provides professional administrative services to support training, applied research, technical assistance, and program evaluation activities. This ensures the highest quality project management for our stakeholders.
Project management services include but are not limited to:
Activity and resource planning as well as ongoing monitoring of project progress
Developing and managing vital reports and documents including quarterly and final project reports as well as curricula
Document control services (i.e., proofreading, formatting, editing, branding, version control)
Essential records retention (e.g., quarterly reports, training rosters, curriculum, proposals, travel reimbursements, budgets)
Input into, monitoring of records in and cull data from Learning Management Systems related to training registration, course creation, course schedules, and management of project data
Cost estimating as well as budget development and monitoring
Procurement and monitoring inventory of project materials/supplies
Securing and maintaining copyright permissions and licenses
Time management control and organizing project teams
Tracking and shipping of project materials/supplies
Our Project Management Team makes certain that LEADS staff are able to effectively provide services to our stakeholders by ensuring that all logistical needs have been met and that materials and supplies are in place to support training, applied research, technical assistance and/or program evaluation activities. Additionally, our collaborative approach to project management ensures customer satisfaction.
Stepping away from the workplace to focus deeply on learning and growth is at times necessary. Our diversely skilled staff can oversee all aspects of offsite initiatives, from managing logistics during the planning process, assisting on-site during your event, and providing timely data once the event has concluded. LEADS has organized events ranging from departmental retreats to multi-day conferences.
Conference organization services include but are not limited to:
Synergize with stakeholders to identify comprehensive theme for conference, inclusive of graphic criteria/needs — meeting periodically for status updates
Event planning – create and manage full time table from save-the-date announcement, registration deadline, along with mailing list
Collaboratively identify core topics while aiding in selection and recruitment of Key Note Speakers and Work Shop Facilitators (note that we also have skilled facilitators within our organization)
Registration management of all aspect of conference including being liaison with site representative, participants’ meals and hotel stay along with any pre-registration
Assemblage of raw text and graphic materials including:
Package and ship conference materials to approved conference designation—coordinating this effort with site representative
On-site support, as needed, to assist attendee wayfinding and facilitators/presenters
Event evaluation and analysis
