With staff located in Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, and New York City, LEADS currently conducts training throughout the State of New York. 

Our work includes training supervisors and managers who work for the nation’s largest local social services agency, New York City DSS, as well as providing training, technical assistance, and critical systems support to county social service workers throughout the State of New York.
