High-Quality Training

Statewide Training and Mentoring

Our Albany-based training team assists Departments of Social Services staff all over the State of New York in learning to use computer applications related to Temporary Assistance (TA), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). They use a state-of-the-art mobile computer lab and a training database to provide hands-on classroom training with realistic case scenarios. Additionally, they provide one-on-one mentoring where they help workers process actual case work, right at their desk. Moreover, our team develops e-learning modules that demonstrate specific functions of the system. Our goal is to provide high-quality training that exceeds the needs of our stakeholders.
