Ms. Eagan serves as the SDC Training Program Coordinator for Learning, Engagement, and Development Services (LEADS). She brings more than 25 years of experience in human services, workforce development, adult education, and organizational development within New York State social services systems. Ms. Eagan is passionate about training, coaching, facilitation, and supporting professionals who serve vulnerable populations.
Prior to joining LEADS, Ms. Eagan served for more than two decades as a Staff Development Coordinator within a local district Department of Social Services and has held statewide leadership roles within the Staff Development Coordinator community.
Ms. Eagan holds a Master of Science degree in Community Health Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from SUNY Cortland.
