Shontell K. Brown-Johnson

Shontell Brown-Johnson, MA, Ed., is a Senior Training & Development Specialist with Learning, Engagement, and Development Services who has over 18 years of Learning and Development experience (including both non-profit and corporate training experience). In this capacity, Shontell has provided classroom and virtual training courses as well as LMS management for city, state, regional, and global teams. Shontell has built trusting relationships and facilitated creative learning programs that deliver results for thousands of employees at every level of the organizations Shontell has served. In a previous capacity, Shontell was an instructor in the business department for a trade school and provided career development instruction and advice to their students.

Shontell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Distance Learning from Ashford University. 

Shontell’s strength shines through the unique ability to use business experiences to understand the knowledge and skills the participants need to increase their performance and productivity. Shontell designs and delivers educational programs in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new or improved skills.
